A Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0258/2019 dated 31.12.2019 under Section 498/406/34 IPC.

It is submitted in the petition that the petitioner Palak and Suman are the sister-in-law and the mother-in-law of the complainant against whom vague allegations have been made in the FIR which do not disclose any commission of offence, hence, FIR be quashed viz a viz the two petitioners. 3.

Learned Prosecutor submits that the Chargesheet has already been filed in the present case, wherein the two petitioners have been arrayed as accused. The case is pending trial before the learned Trial Court. The issues which have been raised in the present petition may be taken up at the time of framing of Charge.

The only ground on the quashing has been sought is that there are allegations which vague, however, since the Chargesheet has already been filed, the petitioner may take all these grounds before the learned Trial Court at the appropriate stage of summoning/framing of charge. 6.
