% 19.05.2020 It is submitted on behalf of the State that the status report has been sent, however, the same is not on record. However, in view of the order dated 15.05.2020 of this Court in W.P.(C) No. 3037/2020 whereby all interim orders subsisting as on 15.05.2020 and those that have expired or were to expire thereafter have been automatically extended till 15.06.2020. In terms of the said order the interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 29.01.2020 modified vide order dated 11.02.2020 and extended vide order dated 06.03.2020 and thereafter vide order dated 05.05.2020 is extended now till 15.06.2020 on the same terms and conditions. Ms. Anita Sharma, the younger sister of the applicant who has filed a surety bond previously undertakes to continue to remain the surety for the applicant till the next date till which date the interim suspension of sentence

is extended.

The application is disposed of.
