O R D E R

% 08.02.2016 Vide order dated 29.01.2016, the Hon'ble Court has passed the following order: - "The dispute in this case has been settled in Mediation and final order in this regard was passed on 12.08.2015. The applicant/first respondent seeks order to be discharged him from the surety bond.

In view of the developments which led to the disposal of the appeal, the first respondent is hereby discharged as security. The Registrar is hereby directed to record and take appropriate consequential steps to remove the endorsement on the original title deeds. List before the Registrar for this purpose on 08.02.2016.

The application is allowed in the above terms." As per report of the Registry, the respondent no. 1 Sh. Shashi Ranjan Gupta has already placed on record the original Conveyance Deed dated 11.09.2014 on which endorsement of my learned Predecessor dated 07.11.2014 is to be cancelled in view of the

directions of the Hon'ble Court dated 29.01.2016. In these circumstances, the endorsement dated 07.11.2014 on the Conveyance Deed dated 11.09.2014 is hereby cancelled and original Conveyance Deed dated 11.09.2014 in favour of Sh. Shashi Ranjan Gupta is hereby returned to Sh. Shashi Ranjan Gupta against appropriate receipt.

The information regarding furnishing the Conveyance Deed as security has already been ordered to be sent to the concerned Sub-Registrar/Revenue Authorities by my learned Predeessor on 07.11.2014. In view of the cancellation of the same, Deputy Registrar concerned is directed to send a communication to the concerned Sub-Registrar/Revenue Authorities that the endorsement on the Conveyance Deed has been cancelled.
