% 23.06.2020 The interim bail application CRL.M.(BAIL)6468/2020 was dismissed as withdrawn as prayed vide order dated 05.06.2020 and BAIL APPLN. 849/2020 is pending for consideration today. Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner now submits that on the representation filed by the petitioner before the Hon'ble High Powered Committee of this Court in relation to seek guidelines for grant of interim bail also qua the under trial prisoners allegedly involved in the commission of an offence punishable under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 304B has also now been included in the guidelines of the Hon'ble High Powered Committee of this Court for the grant of interim bail due to the prevailing pandemic. Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner thus submits that he seeks to withdraw the BAIL APPLN. 849/2020 seeking liberty to seek redressal in accordance with law, in as much as, learned counsel for the
applicant/petitioner submits that pursuant to the said orders of the Hon'ble High Powered Committee of this Court, the name of the applicant herein has been included in the list of the jail authorities for release of the applicant on interim bail and the applicant will be released on interim bail.
In view of the said submissions made on behalf of the applicant/petitioner, BAIL APPLN. 849/2020 is thus dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted as prayed to seek the grant of regular bail on merits after the period of interim bail.
