The present petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent/ MCD to allot plot no.222 at Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, Delhi ('subject plot') in the name/ favour of the petitioner. 2.

In this regard, attention of the Court has been drawn to a show cause notice issued by the respondent/ MCD to the petitioner on 10th March, 2015. The said show cause notice was replied to by the petitioner on 18th March, 2015. A representation was also filed on 31st May, 2016 seeking allotment of the subject plot.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that no decision has been taken by the respondent/ MCD till date with regard to the aforesaid representations. 4.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent/ MCD to decide the representations filed by the petitioner on W.P.(C) 5321/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 18th March, 2015 and 31st May, 2016 within six (6) weeks from today. 5.
