The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: - "a) Summon the Ld. Trial Court Record in the matter of Kavita v Pawan Kumar bearing Mt. Case No.40/2019 before Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court, South, Saket, New Delhi; b) Set aside Impugned Order dated 19.10.2022 passed by the Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court, South, Saket, New Delhi in the matter of Kavita v Pawan Kumar bearing Mt. Case No.40/2019; c) Enhance the maintenance amount from Rs.7000/- for the Petitioner and the minor child to Rs.20,000/-; d) Pass any such orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem necessary in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the matter has since been settled and, therefore, she seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
