Heard learned counsel representing the parties. 2.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the appellants states that the appellants may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to approach the Chairperson of Bar Council of India seeking expeditious listing of the appeal said to have been preferred by the appellant against an order passed by Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. 3.
Having regard to the fact that the appeal filed by the appellants before the Bar Council of India is pending since 17.12.2024, we permit the appellant to approach the Chairperson of Bar Council of India for redressal of their grievances in respect of the listing of the appeal.
