The present petition alleges wilful disobedience of the directions contained in the judgment / order dated 18.10.2023. The operative portion thereof is as under:
"3. These petitions were adjourned sine die by order dated 12.10.2022 to await the outcome of Special Leave Petition, which was pending before the Supreme ·Court. Subsequently, by judgment in Director (Admn. And HR) KPTCL & Ors. Vs. C.P. Mundinamani and Ors., 2023 SCC OnLine SC 401, which was then followed in SLP (Civil) 2646/2020 and other connected petitions on 11.07.2023, the Supreme Court has directed that the respondents have to grant one annual increment which the petitioners earn on the last day of their service for rendering their service in the preceding one year from the date of retirement with good behaviour and efficiency.
4. It is an admitted position that the case of the petitioners herein is squarely covered by the judgment of the Supreme Court in Director (Admn. And HR) KPTCL (supra).
5. These petitions are disposed, directing the respondents to grant an increment and re-fix their monthly pension/pensionary benefits considering the service rendered by each of the petitioners in the preceding one year as has been held by the Supreme Court in Director ,(Admn. And HR) KPTCL (supra). Arrears be computed and disbursed to the petitioners, preferably within a period of six weeks from today."

A compliance affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent wherein it has been stated as under:
"2. That this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 18.10.2023 was pleaded to direct the Respondents to grant one increment and to re-fix the monthly pension/pensionary benefits of the petitioners by taking into consideration the service rendered by each of them in the preceding one year, in terms of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Director (Admn. and HR) KPTCL (Supra). This Hon'ble Court further directed that arrears be computed and disbursed to the Petitioners, preferably within a period of six weeks.
3. That in compliance with the aforesaid order, the Respondents have revised the pension of 85 petitioners out of a total of 113 petitioners and the corresponding arrears have also been duly computed and disbursed to them.
4. The insofar as the remaining 28 petitioners are concerned, they were found not eligible for grant of one notional increment in terms of the applicable rules and the judgment relied upon. Accordingly, reasoned and speaking orders have been duly issued to each of the said Petitioners, clearly setting out the ground for such ineligibility.
5. That a comprehensive list indicating the status of each Petitioner, including details of compliance and reasons in respect of ineligible cases, is annexed herewith as Annexure R-1.
6. That in view of the above, it is respectfully submitted that the Respondents have substantially and bona fide complied with the directions issued by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 18.10.2023."

In view of the fact that necessary compliance appears to have been done by the respondent, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The same is accordingly, disposed of.
