The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks the following prayers:- "a) Initiate contempt proceeding under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971 read with article 215 of the Constitution of India, against the Respondents for wilful disobedience of the undertaking given by Respondent No. 1 & 2 on behalf of the Respondent No.5 Company on 03.06.2023 before Ld. MM (NI Act ), Patiala House Court, New Delhi in the case titled as 'Ms. Monica Bindra v/s Blue Coast Infrastructure Development Pvt. Ltd .' bearing Ct Cases No. 619951 /16 by not The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. paying the installments from September, 2023 in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 15.02.2023 and punish the Respondents in accordance with the law;

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition in view of the fact that respondents have made the payment due under the settlement agreement.
