The present petition is filed seeking the following reliefs: "i. Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction quashing the order dated 22.12.2025 (Annexure-P1) passed by the Respondent No.2 (Sashastra Seema Bal) qua the present petitioners as well in line with the order dated 14.01.2026 passed by this Hon'ble court in W.P.(C) 483/2026 and consequently direct the Respondent No.2 to reimburse the amount deducted from the petitioners salary as per the impugned order; AND/OR ii. Pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the fact and circumstances of the present case."

On a Writ filed by as many as 482 employees, the impugned order passed on 22.12.2025, has been set aside on 14.01.2026 in W.P (C) 483/2026 on the ground that the Petitioners were not granted opportunity of Show Cause Notice and hearing. For the sake of parity, the present Writ Petition is also allowed. 4.
