The present petition under Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984, assails the order dated 07th February, 2019, passed by Principal Judge, Family Courts, South East District, Saket, New Delhi, in M-234/13 titled Smt. Kusum Kotnala v. Anil Kotnala.

At the request of the parties, the matter was referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where the parties have amicably resolved their disputes and executed a Settlement Agreement dated 10th September, 2025. A copy of the said agreement has been placed on record. 3.

In view of the above settlement, counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
