The hearing has been conducted through video conferencing. 2.

The matter was to be listed on 11th May, 2020, however, due to inadvertence it could not be listed on the said date and it is thus listed today. 3.

By this application, petitioner seeks interim bail in case FIR No.111/2019 under Sections 302/201 IPC registered at PS Chankyapuri, Delhi.

The petitioner had sought interim bail on the ground that his medical condition was not well and thus he needs proper treatment. 5.

While issuing notice on 6th May, 2020 this Court had directed the Medical Officer, Central Jail to file the report of the petitioner. The report has since been received as per which at the time of admission in Jail on 2nd October, 2019 or thereafter the petitioner never complained of any chronic illness much less of diabetes. Petitioner visited the jail dispensary on 3rd October, 2019 and 15th November, 2019 complaining of low back pain when he was advised medication. On 7th May, 2020 the petitioner came to the BAIL APPLN.856/2020

dispensary, Central Jail-8 and 9 for examination when he was found to be conscious, oriented and his other parameters were also found to be normal. However, the petitioner gave history of diabetes mellitus since last four years but he was not on medication. Petitioner was thereafter diagnosed of Diabetes Mellitus, Grade-II and pursuant to the blood investigation has been advised medicines. Petitioner is also complaining of low backache. 6.

The complaints of the petitioner being general in nature, there is no serious medical condition which would entail the petitioner to be granted interim bail.

Application is dismissed.
