Present bail application is filed under section 439 read with section 482 Cr.P.C. for grant of interim bail for a period of 30 days in pursuance of FIR No.68/2017 registered at Police Station-Defence Colony for the offences punishable under section 302/201/120B IPC. 5.

Notice issued.

Learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State and has opposed the present petition due to lockdown and the fact that trial is at advanced stage.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the petition has BAIL.APPLN.852/2020 Page of 1 of 2

been taken up for final hearing.

It is not in dispute that petitioner was released on interim bail for a period of one week vide order dated 11.03.2019 by this Court and thereafter vide order dated 02.09.2019, she has also been granted interim bail for a period of 10 days to meet her two minor children. 9.

It is also not in dispute that petitioner is in judicial custody since 18.05.2017.

Petitioner is woman having two minor children, therefore, in the interest of justice and on humanitarian ground, I hereby grant interim bail to petitioner for a period of two weeks from the date of her release. 11.

Accordingly, she would be released on bail on her furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹15,000/- subject to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent concerned.

Applicant shall not involve herself in any other case and in the event of any report against her, this Court would consider the desirability of cancelling the interim bail.

In view of above, present petition is allowed and disposed of. 14.

Copy of this order be transmitted to the Jail Superintendent and concerned Trial Court for necessary compliance. 15.
