The applications are disposed of.

This is an application seeking extension of interim bail which was granted to the applicant by an order dated 13.05.2020. The said bail was granted on the ground that the petitioner was required to take care of his children and make necessary arrangements for them. 4.

The applicant now states that since the outbreak of COVID-19 has not abated, the interim bail granted to him should be extended. 5.

This Court does not consider it apposite to do so. The interim bail was granted for a limited time to enable the applicant to make arrangements for his family. It was not for an extended period till the pandemic subsides.

At this stage, Mr Sethi, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the interim bail be extended for a period of only one week to enable the applicant to make necessary arrangements. 7.

In view of the above, the interim bail granted to the applicant by the order dated 13.05.2020 is extended for a further period of one week from today on the same terms and conditions as specified in that order. 8.

It is clarified that the interim bail granted will not be extended any further.

The application is disposed of.
