CRL.M.(BAIL) 536/2024 (suspension of sentence) 1.

While learned counsel for the applicant/appellant has drawn the attention of the Court to the MLC, learned APP for the State as well as learned Amicus Curiae have referred to the testimony of PW-6/Doctor, who has proved the MLC as well as the testimony of the child victim. Learned APP for the State further submits that the appellant has not even undergone half of the sentence imposed upon him.

After going through testimony this Court is not inclined to entertain the present application at this stage. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. 3.

Learned Amicus Curiae also submits that her name in paragraph 2 of the order dated 16.08.2024 has inadvertently been recorded as Ms. Dolly Singh instead of Ms. Dolly Sharma. The order is modified to the said extent.
