This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus seeking production of the minor child of the petitioner and the respondent no.2.

allowing the petitioner to meet the child.

On 09.04.2025, the petitioner and the respondent no. 2 resolved to live together with the minor child. Though the relief sought in the Writ Petition stood satisfied, the same was still directed to be listed for directions on 01.08.2025.

By the order dated 01.08.2025, the parties had been referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 5.

The Mediation Centre has reported that the parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 09.02.2026 inter alia regarding the custody and the visitation rights over the child. 6.

We have interacted with the petitioner, the respondent no.2, as also the minor child.

In view of the child having been produced before us and the parties having entered into the abovementioned Settlement Agreement, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of leaving the parties to their appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
