% 23.01.2017 This appeal has been preferred against the order dated 04.01.2017 passed by a learned Single Judge of this court in IA 33/2017 and IA 32/2017 in CS(OS) 1900/2015.

On going through the said orders on the two applications we find that they are non-speaking orders without any reasons. It is, therefore, very difficult for this court to know as to what exactly weighed with the learned Single Judge when passing the said orders. On this ground alone, we are setting aside the impugned orders in the said applications and remitting the matter to the learned Single Judge to hear the parties and pass reasoned orders on both applications The said applications be listed before the learned Single Judge on 27.01.2017.
