Applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 24/2026 dated 07.02.2026 registered at Police Station Crime Branch for commission of offences under Sections 18/23 Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present bail application at this stage as investigation is still going on. He, however, seeks liberty to file it afresh once the investigation is over and charge-sheet is filed. 3.

Application is accordingly disposed of as not pressed. 4.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
