% 29.02.2024 CS(OS) 185/2019 In the present matter in response to court notice issued to the plaintiff, one report has been received. As per the said report, the son of the plaintiff had stated that the plaintiff had expired. The connected matter between the parties i.e. CS(OS) 198/2019 is also pending in the present court and listed today. It reflects that the son of the plaintiff (i.e. the plaintiff is defendant no.3 in CS(OS) 198/2019) stated that the plaintiff had expired on 21.11.2020. However, till date no steps have been taken by LR of the plaintiff for substitution of LR of the plaintiff. So, the suit already stands abated as per law and disposed of as such.
