This is an application under Section 151 of the CPC filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the registry to provide copy of the Local Commissioner's report.

Mr. Ujjwal Singh Parmar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this court had appointed a Local Commissioner vide order dated 03.04.2025, who had executed the Commission and filed his report alongwith a video recording of the proceedings. 5.
