This is an application filed by the petitioner, inter alia, praying as under:- "a) Direct that the name of the Petitioner in the cause title of orders dated 02.04.2019, 16.04.2019, 25.04.2019, 10.05.2019 and 13.05.2019 be changed to "Atheeth Sajeevan." 2.

It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the petitioner has been incorrectly spelt in the cause title as "Atheeth Sanjeevan" instead of "Atheeth Sajeevan".

The said orders (02.04.2019, 16.04.2019, 25.04.2019, 10.05.2019 and 13.05.2019) are rectified to record

the correct spelling of the name of the petitioner as "Atheeth Sajeevan". 3.
