The present petition has been taken up for hearing through video conferencing.

Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks the following prayers:- "a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any such order/direction of similar nature directing the Respondents not to prejudice the chances of petitioner securing admission in Post Graduate Medical Course in a college of her preference in the coming All India 2nd Round of NEET PG 2020 counselling on unavailability of her Disability Certificate owing to countrywide lockdown. b) Direct the respondents Medical Board at Safdarjung Hospital to examine the petitioner qua her disability post lifting of lockdown"

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the last order, the petitioner has received a letter dated 18.05.2020 from respondent no.4 informing him that the medical board constituted for issuance of disability certificate to the petitioner will assemble on 22.05.2020 at Safdarjung Hospital, for which the petitioner's attendance is mandatory. He submits that the petitioner has already been issued the requisite pass by the government of Uttarakhand where she is presently stationed, and will be appearing before the board on the said date.

In these circumstances, since the second round of counselling for All India NEET-PG is yet to be announced, nothing further survives for adjudication. Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, does not press the present petition any further. 5.
The petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. 6.
