The petitioner is present in Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already paid a sum of ₹2,58,915/- to the respondent before the Trial Court. He submits that admittedly all the arrears have been paid. He requests that the proceedings for initiating action for contempt of court be stopped. He also seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition. 3.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has paid the arrears, this Court does not consider it apposite to proceed further with the contempt proceedings.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

5.

However, it is clarified that all rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
