This petition has been filed assailing the order dated 03.11.2023 passed by the Judge, Family Court-01, South Saket, Delhi whereby the interim maintenance to the tune of Rs.8,000/- per month to the minor child (aged 8 years) was granted from the date of filing of the application. 2.
The assessment was based on the monthly income of the wife being assessed at Rs.20,000/- and that of the husband at Rs.30,000/- thereby achieving a ratio of 40:60; the expenses of the child were calculated at Rs.13,000/- and thus the share of the husband come to about Rs.8,000/- per month, approximated from Rs.7,800/- per month. 3.
This Court, on a perusal of the impugned order, does not find any infirmity in the said order.

The assertions of the petitioner that the maintenance should have been granted from the date of the impugned order does not have any merit. 6.
Parties are at liberty to approach the Trial Court in case they seek time to deposit the arrears, which issue shall be decided on its own merits. 7.
