Petitioner seeks to be released on bail in case FIR No. 720/2023 of PS Shahabad Dairy for offences not mentioned in the prayer clause of the application, but apparently under Section 376 IPC and Section 6 POCSO Act. It appears that the prosecutrix during trial supported the prosecution case; and she was also pregnant and there is evidence of DNA profiling. It appears that now only five formal witnesses remained to be examined in trial.
