% 20.01.2016 Respondent invited tender for parking site at Shiv Market, Pitampura Civil Lines Zone, New Delhi. Petitioner submitted tender. Later he was allotted the parking site w.e.f. 3rd February, 2015. Provisional offer letter dated 12th January, 2015 was issued by the respondent for a period of one year, renewable for further one year. Site was allotted on a monthly licence fee of `2,16,500/- on 'As is where is basis'. One year period is going to expire on 2nd February, 2016.
Respondent has issued show cause notice dated 1st January, 2016 to the petitioner as to why the parking site may not be cancelled and security amount forfeited and bank guarantee be invoked. Petitioner was given opportunity to attend personal hearing on 5th January, 2016 at 2 pm.
Petitioner appeared on the said date but did not file any reply. Instead has approached this Court by way of present writ petition. I am not inclined to interfere in this writ petition against the show cause notice. However, as requested by the petitioner, respondent will treat this writ petition as representation of petitioner and consider the same and pass appropriate orders within two weeks from today and communicate the same to petitioner.
Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be given dasti to the counsel for the parties. A.K. PATHAK, J.
