The Petitioner prays for release of Risk and Hardship Allowance at the rate of ₹17,300/- per month from September, 2021 to 30th November, 2024.

It is the case of the Petitioner that instead of ₹9,700/- per month, the Petitioner is entitled to the allowance at the rate of ₹17,300/- per month.

Representation in this regard has been submitted by the Petitioner vide Annexure P-4, which has been forwarded on 05.03.2026 to the Competent Authority.

Keeping in view the aforesaid position, it is considered appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition, while directing the Respondents to consider Petitioner's Representation within a period of next one month after granting opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner.
