W.P(C) 3085/2020 After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner limits the relief in the present writ petition to a direction to the respondent/Union of India to respond to representation dated 29.04.2020 made by the petitioner, annexed as Annexure P-2 at page No.17 of this petition, expeditiously. W.P(C) 3085/2020

Mr. Harish V. Shankar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/Union of India, on advance notice, states that the said representation dated 29.04.2020 shall be responded to by them, within a period of three weeks from today.
