A Bail Application under Section 483 BNSS read with Section 528 BNSS has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for extension of Interim Bail for a period of 8 weeks in FIR No.111/2022 under Section 365/395/342/170 IPC P.S. Lahori Gate.

It is submitted that initially the Petitioner was granted Interim Bail for ten days vide Order dated 11.03.2025 for the surgery of the mother. She got operated on 18.03.2025. Thereafter, an extension of ten days was granted on 20.03.2025 as she was still admitted in the Hospital. It is submitted in the present Interim Bail Application that though she has now been discharged, but it was a major surgery and she has been advised complete bed rest. his wife who can take care of her and therefore, the further extension of Bail is sought by eight weeks. The photograph of the mother is annexed to show injury/scar on her spine consequent to the operation. 3.
Learned APP submits that the surgery has been done and the mother has been discharged and there is no ground for further extension of the Interim Bail.

Essentially even before undertaking the surgery of the mother it was known that she would require some time for recovery. After considering all the circumstances, ten days Interim Bail was granted which was extended for another ten days. Now for recuperation no further extension can be given. In so far as the assistance of the Petitioner is required for her post operative surgery, his wife is already available. There is no ground for extension of Interim Bail.

The Bail Application stands disposed of along with the pending Application.
