BAIL APPLN 873/2020 1.

The present bail application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 449/2019 under Sections 354/354C/384/406/420/506/120B IPC registered at Police Station Vikas Puri, Delhi. 2.

On 04.02.2020, after hearing arguments on behalf of the petitioner and State and after going through the case records, the petitioner's bail application was dismissed by this Court.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all necessary facts were not brought to the knowledge of this Court during the hearing of previous bail application. He submits that the CCTV footage would show that the complainant has received money from Sai Fin Corp Pvt. Ltd. 4.

Learned APP for the State duly assisted by learned counsel for the complainant submits that the aforesaid issue was argued at the time of hearing of earlier bail application.

Learned counsel for the complainant submits that subsequent to the passing of the earlier order dated 04.02.2020, the complainant and her family have been pressurised by the petitioner & others for withdrawal of the complaint and in this regard a complaint has been forwarded to the local police station.

It is noted that learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the present bail application immediately after the dismissal of the earlier bail application without their being any change in circumstance. 7.

I find no ground to entertain the present bail application. The present bail application is dismissed with cost of Rs.10,000/- to be deposited with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of four weeks from today.
