Pursuant to the last order, the address of the Petitioner in Delhi i.e., Flat No. 55, Pocket-B, Metro View Apartment, Sector-13, Dwarka, New Delhi-1l0078, has been verified by the police. The statement of the landladyMs. Rina Shukla is stated to have been recorded. The Investigating Officer to place the said statement on the record, along with any other statements recorded, during verification of the address given by the Petitioner. 3.

Mr. Sharma, ld. counsel for the Complainant submits that details of the Petitioner's present income or status of employment, as directed by order dated 15th July, 2020 have not been filed. Accordingly, the Petitioner - Mr. Shyam Kishor shall join the hearing through video conferencing, on the next date. List on 9th October, 2020.
