In furtherance of last order, the learned Additional Sessions Judge vide order dated 02.04.2025 vacated the interim protection granted to the present respondent no.2. That being so, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition as it has become infructuous. 2.
On the other hand, learned senior counsel for respondent no.2 submits that order dated 02.04.2025 of the learned Additional Sessions Judge is contrary to record because the present respondent no.2 had duly disclosed the orders passed by this Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the anticipatory bail application itself.
