Though this Court was not inclined to entertain the writ petition, however, on 02.04.2024, learned Counsel for the AIIMS was requested to take instructions to consider this case as a special case keeping in mind the Petitioner is a student.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent/AIIMS, on instructions, states that AIIMS would be prepared to consider the case of the Petitioner regarding issuance of Permanent Universal ID and Disability Certificate/Unique Disability Identity Card (UUID) to the Petitioner, subject to his fulfilling the conditions.
