The present petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging wilful disobedience/ non-compliance of the directions contained in the order dated 10.11.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 16959/2025. The said order reads as under:-

It transpires during the course of hearing that the representation of the petitioners has been disposed of by way of a speaking order. A copy of the speaking order has been handed over to the learned counsel for the

petitioners during the course of hearing.

As such the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed. No further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. The same is, accordingly, disposed of.
