O R D E R

% 22.05.2020 In terms of order dated 21.05.2020, the status report has been submitted by the State which indicates that the date of surgery fixed as 22.05.2020 has since been cancelled as per the Annexure-A annexed to the status report which is the report of Dr. Preet Singh Chawla of the Chawla Nursing Home and that the investigation is yet to be conducted qua the spouse of the applicant and only thereafter, the date of surgery can be fixed.

The copy of the status report be emailed by the learned APP for the State to the learned counsel for the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant thus seeks to withdraw the present bail application seeking liberty to file it afresh after the date of surgery is fixed and after the investigation qua the spouse of the applicant is conducted.

In the interest of justice, the bail application is dismissed as

withdrawn with liberty granted, as prayed.

The date 28.05.2020 is cancelled.
