The Petitioner, after having served in New Delhi for a period of 17 years, challenges the correctness of the transfer order dated 27.02.2025, whereby she has been transferred from New Delhi to Silchar, Assam. The Petitioner had earlier filed a Writ Petition assailing the said order, which was disposed of with a direction to the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation. 2.

Pursuant thereto, a deferment of one year was granted to the Petitioner for the implementation of the transfer order dated 27.02.2025.

It is well settled that the scope of judicial review in matters of transfer and posting is extremely limited. In the present case, this Court finds no ground to interfere with the impugned transfer order. 4.
