Having heard the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Official Liquidator and learned counsel for the contemnor present through VC, it appears that necessary police protection has been provided to the personnel/officers from the office of the Official Liquidator so as to safeguard the property of company (in liquidation). 2.

No further proceedings are called for in the present matter. 3.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

However, needless to state that the contemnor shall continue to provide police assistance for protecting and safeguarding the interest of the stakeholders in company proceedings as and when the request is made by the office of the Official Liquidator. DHARMESH SHARMA, J.
