% 11.05.2020 This hearing has been held by video conferencing. Ms. Yashmeet Kaur, ld. counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners submits that both schools i.e. Apeejay School, Sheikh Sarai and Apeejay School, Saket have been de-sealed by the Department of Education on 8th May, 2020.

Copies of the de-sealing orders have also been transmitted to this Court by email. Ld. counsel for the Respondents submits that both the contempt petitions have become infructuous.

Accordingly, both the petitions along with pending applications are disposed of as infructuous in view of the de-sealing undertaken by the Respondents.
