3. The present writ petitions under Articles 226 and 227 seek to assail the order dated 14.02.2024 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal (the Tribunal) in Contempt Petition Nos. 78/2021 and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 84/2021 pertaining to O.A. No.1196/2020 and O.A. No.1195/2020 respectively. Vide the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has dismissed the Contempt Petitions preferred by the petitioners wherein they had alleged that the respondents had not properly complied with the orders passed in the aforesaid O.A.s.

4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh O.A.s challenging the decision of the respondents not to consider the two subsequent experience certificates furnished by the petitioners which were not annexed with their applications but were subsequently submitted by them.

5. The petitions are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

6. It is made clear that in case the petitioners file fresh O.A.s within two weeks from today, the same will be considered on merits and will not be rejected on the ground of delay. Needless to state, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the rival submissions of the parties on merits.
