Issue summons in the suit and notice in the captioned applications. 2.1 Mr. Simranjit Singh accepts notice on behalf of the defendants. 3.

I have heard Mr. Hemant Singh, learned counsel for the plaintiff as well as Mr. Rajiv Nayar, learned senior counsel, appearing on behalf of the defendant.

An endeavour has been made by learned counsel for the parties to settle the disputes which are the subject matter of the present action. 5.

Learned counsel for the parties say that they will file an application for settlement of the disputes which obtain between them before the next date of hearing.

The parties will take necessary steps in that behalf. Broadly, the defendant has agreed to withdraw the impugned tweets based on the understanding that the plaintiff will not press for damages. 7.
