% 27.04.2016 CM No.14506/2016 This is an application under Section 151 CPC seeking permission to withdraw the present petition.

For the reasons given in the application, the same is allowed. The application stands disposed of.

W.P.(C) 509/2016 & CM No.2114/2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition inter alia seeking directions to the respondent not to withhold the salaries of the entire staff of the petitioner school.

Mr.Deepak Diwan, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and the application. In view of CM bearing No.14506/2016, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
