% 02.04.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondent to restore the degree of B.Tech (Electrical) in the office record of the petitioner. He further seeks direction directing the respondent to promote the petitioner to the post of DGM with due dates from which date the juniors of the petitioner have been promoted. Issue notice.
Learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent and submits that the degree of B.Tech (Electrical) of the petitioner has been restored in terms of the Supreme Court judgment dated 03.11.2017 passed in Civil No. 17869-17870/2017 As far as the prayer 'B' is concerned, to that effect, the petitioner has made a representation through legal notice dated 06.12.2018 to the respondent, however, till date, there is no response from his side.
Keeping in view the averments made in the instant application and the submissions made by the counsel for the parties, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondent to take action on the legal notice dated 06.12.2018 qua the prayer ' B' within four weeks from the receipt of this order.
The petition is accordingly, disposed of.
