% 08.06.2020 This hearing has been held by video conferencing. CM No. 12007/2020(for marking the appearance on behalf of R-1) This is an application filed by the learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submitting that her appearance along with SI Pawan Kumar was inadvertently not recorded for the respondent no.1 in the order dated 11.05.2020.

The application is allowed and the order dated 11.05.2020 be read as recording the presence of Ms.Mrinalini Sen, Advocate along with SI Pawan Kumar as well for the respondent no.1.

The application is disposed of.

CM No.12008/2020 & 12010/2020 (Exemption from filing notarized affidavit and affixing of court fee) These applications have been filed on behalf of the respondent no.1 seeking exemption from filing duly notarised affidavits and affixing

requisite court fee. Binding the deponent of the affidavits to the contents of the applications, the exemption is granted. Court fee shall be deposited online with the concerned authority within one week and physical stamp be filed within 72 hours from the date of resumption of regular functioning of the Court, as mandated in terms of Office Order dated April 04, 2020 issued by this Court. Applications are disposed of.

CM No.12009/2020 (Extension of time for complying with order dated 11.05.2020 on behalf of R-1) This is an application filed by the respondent no.1 seeking extension of time for the respondent no.1 to comply with the order dated 11.05.2020 passed by this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioners as also the respondent nos.2 and 3 submits that without admitting the contents of the application, the said parties have no objection to the prayer made in the application being granted.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the respondent no.1 is granted four weeks further time to comply with the directions as contained in the order dated 11.05.2020 passed by this Court. The application stands disposed of.
