O R D E R

% 29.07.2020 Hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. Present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers : "1. Direct the respondent no.1 and 2 to restrain the respondent No.3 to 6 for raising any unauthorised construction over the government land vested to the Gram Sabha allotted for park at T-point of Gali no.48-B, Molarband Extn., Badarpur, New Delhi.

2. Direct the respondent No.1 and 2 to demolish the illegal construction already raised by the respondent No.3 to 6 over the government land vested to the Gram Sabha.

3. Direct the respondent No.1 and 2 to initiate appropriate proceedings against the respondent No.3."

Status Report has been filed on behalf of Respondent No.2 alongwith certain photographs. It is submitted by Ms. Farasat, Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 7 that after inspection it has been found that there has been no fresh construction on property bearing no. Gali No.48-B, Molarbad Extn., Badarpur, New Delhi since 11.05.2020. She assures the Court that if any complaint is made in future against any unauthorised construction, SHO of the concerned area will look into it and requisite action will be taken in that regard.

Respective affidavits have been filed on behalf of MCD and SDM. Learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that in view of the Status Report, Petitioner is satisfied as the grievances raised by him stand redressed.

Petition along with the application filed herewith is accordingly disposed of.
