The petitioner has filed this application for extension of the protection granted by the order of this Court dated 18.11.2024. 2.
By the said order, the captioned writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his grievances in civil proceedings. In order to enable the petitioner to do so, an interim order dated 04.05.2023, protecting him from coercive action, was continued for a period of three weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that a civil suit has been filed, but the injunction application is listed for consideration on 18.12.2024. He, therefore, seeks an extension of the protection granted by this Court.

Delhi and the private respondents, the application is disposed of, extending the interim protection, granted by the order dated 04.05.2023, until 18.12.2024.
