Mr. Manish Vashishth, who appears for the petitioner, says that he has instructions to withdraw the captioned writ petition in view of the fact that out of 57 migrant workers housed in tenanted premises in Gurugram, 28 have been transported to the State of Uttar Pradesh. 1.1 Mr. Vashishth further informs me that the remaining 29 migrant workers have made their way to the State of Uttar Pradesh on their own. 2.
The captioned writ petition is, accordingly, as prayed, dismissed as withdrawn.
