Mr. Kamal Gupta, learned counsel, further submits on instructions that, pursuant to the guidelines for admission under the EWS category at entry-level classes for the academic session 2025-26, the communication issued by respondent No.1 dated 22.04.2024 stands withdrawn. Mr. Kamal Gupta, learned counsel, on instructions submits that all facilities provided under the guidelines for admission in the EWS category, as per the revised communication/notification No.

F.DE.15(258)/EWS/PSB/2025-26/30-38 dated 03.01.2025, shall be extended to the petitioner under the scheme.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in view of the above, the petitioner does not wish to pursue the present petition. Accordingly, the petition, along with all pending applications, stands disposed of. The next date i.e. 10.02.2025 stands cancelled.
