This court notices that the cause of action arose in Tuticorin Port, India, since the goods are to be landed and cleared at that Port.

In these circumstances, the petitioner ought to have approached the concerned High Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petitions with liberty to approach the appropriate High Court for suitable relief.
