The accused/applicant seeks interim bail in case FIR No. 20/2026 of Police Station Bhalswa Dairy for offence under 21/25/29 NDPS Act. 2.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file application for regular bail before the trial court since according to the IO/SI Praveen Kumar, the chargesheet shall be filed positively within ten days. 3.

Accordingly, the bail application and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought. However, in case the chargesheet is not filed within ten days, the accused/applicant shall be at liberty to file an application for regular bail before the trial court.
