The present petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 assails the Award dated 23.09.2017 passed by the learned Arbitrator. During the pendency of the present petition, the parties were referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre where they arrived at an amicable settlement and the terms of the settlement have been recorded in agreement dated 06.12.2019. A copy of the settlement has been placed on record. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly pray that the petition be disposed of in terms of the said settlement.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, the petition is

disposed of in terms of the settlement dated 06.12.2019. The parties will remain bound by the terms of the settlement which will form part of the record.

The petition, along with pending application, is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
